No, I do not piss and cum at the same time, human physiology prevents that. What happens is that if I am full bladdered I can pee whilst erect, especialy when inside my partner. I have to wonder about that... is it safe to take a long piss while inside your partner? I must say, I have never heard of this either, but I thought I'd put in my two cents worth regarding safety anyway. Unlike the bowls, a healthy bladder is a sterile environment, thus urine is also sterile: so you wouldn't have to worry about giving your partner an infection. I don't know what effects urine could have on vaginal pH though, if it messes that up it could lead to one of those dreaded fungal infections.

There has been so far no adverse effects suffered by my wife of having me piss inside her. From what we have experienced the volume of piss seems to have no bearing, when she is full the 'seal' between my prick and her fanny allows any excess to leak out between us, which only adds to the pleasure.
One thing we do not recomend is doing it during anal sex, we tried it once, never again!!!!!
