Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knew the name of this story that I was reading.
The story was a historical romance about this gal that wanted to move west, then barganed with a guy she meet in a bar to take her west. She eventually feel in love with him and married him. Most of the story takes place while the two of them were taveling... I totally forgot the name of the story, but it was several pages long.
There also another story by the same author inwhich a lady in england was indebted to this american and wedded him to pay off her debt. She went back the states with him and moved into his childhood home in the south where she meets up with his old lover and trouble enssures....
Although the plot of these stories sound horrible, I"m leaving out somethings and they are alot better written than anything I could ever do...
