uh, that's a lot of ground to cover...of the AH regulars, I know that 'Dita, myself and Luc are all Cali, Min-stress is in AZ...

also consider that the time difference between us and the Brits is 8 hours, which means if you are a night owl ( and I know you are) they will be coming on line before you go to bed. MaT and I have a habit of missing each other by minutes at most ( I usually hit the sheets about midnight on the kid's school nights)

well, if you're looking for a face-to-face, that's influenced by so much more...but if you are just talking about meeting people in the AH it is relevant...it is funny, people look at the west coast and go, "only 3 states" and judge distances. San Francisco is a 9-10 hour drive for me if I obey speed limits...

I'm in the central part of California and that is about 1,200 miles from Seattle.

Tommorrow I'm tag-team driving with my family for the(i think it's) 6 hour drive down from San Jose to San Diego. It's such a small name change and it's only half the distance of the state, but it's a big boring area only punctuated by smog-encrusted LA.

And no, I won't be heading anywhere near Vancouver this particular winter. I'll be going Green Christmas.
