So... I have used Neutrogena face powder for years. The last three times I got it there was no powder puff. So I e-mailed Johnson and Johnson to see why. They said they were reducing their carbon footprint and that I could buy a puff to go with it somewhere else. So really this will make the company look better but it won't reduce the carbon footprint if I still have to buy a puff. Interesting that the price of the powder didn't go down without the puff.

Also on recall right now:Wednesday Johnson and Johnson said it is recalling most of its Neutrogena and Aveeno spray sunscreens from U.S. stores after detecting benzene, a potentially cancer-causing chemical, in some samples.

Remember Johnson and Johnson Baby Powder scandal of the past : exposure to the talcum powder causes ovarian cancer and mesothelioma, a rare form of cancer linked to asbestos exposure. (They knew years before. I'm not putting asbestos there:eek:)

Johnson and Johnson:: Bye Bye:mad:

Isn't it amazing how cynically hypocritical people can get when it comes to marketing.

I wonder how small the intersection of the Venn diagram is between
the universe of those who care religiously about Carbon Footprints
and those who consume and wear a lot of makeup...

I'm thinking pretty small.

;) ;)
