We're different races all meant to mix!? :)

I do, too.

For what it's worth, I think British TV is very entertaining. I don't always get the humour, and it's a lot drier than ours, but the dramas are amazing.

oh, they have their share of shit over there, but i gotta say that i appreciate their love of brevity. i think it helps. not having twenty odd episodes a year really helps them keep their shit tight and focused.

Now I get it. Yes different races understand different drinks and they can mix them according to their locations.

The exclaimation question confused most of us!?;)

You lucky fucks with your BBC2. All I can get is HBO2. :(
Denny--------- Lucky for you Injine girl. Right after TV went digital in 2000 we haven't been able to watch anything. Life is good without TV. At least satelitte internet works.

so not the one with bea arthur?

anyway, my point was there's been at least four attempts if i remember correctly. kinda makes you sad, doesn't it?

I didn't even know there was one with Bea Arthur. Even the beeb wouldn't try to remake Fawlty Towers, you shouldn't fuck with perfection.

I dunno
Nascar and the kentucky derby running at the same time on the same track sounds kinda dangerous.

Fawlty Towers and Last of the Summer Wine...................... Can't get any better than those.

Now someone mix me a drink before the race starts or we're all in trouble.:p

Yeah... articles pointing out morphological differences between races isn't gonna be all that popular around here.

People on this earth are all Human beings as far as I know, unless some are " Alien " from other worlds.

Ethnic backgrounds and cultures may have differences but besides that we are the same species.

If someone wants to be with someone that is a different ethnicity and have a family it is fine with me, you just have to be aware of the difficulties that may occur.
From my own experiences, being ethnically mixed, living in the world we live in, there are some because of how people see you or don't see you and being able to see yourself as a whole person from two different backgrounds. Being different is not an issue, the issue is how you feel about yourself and how well you know yourself.

Who says Neandrathals are not human!? Just look at all of the Lit members commenting everyday!?

So according to this thread Adam and Eve were black yet they didn't exist. God was black according to some.!?

Then all of those gay men wearing robes copying crap off moss covered stones were wrong!?
It's all mixed up and the race hasn't even started.!?

And above all there was no last SUPPER because everybody calls it DINNER now!?

Wrong. Neanderthals were, or are, a type of human.

Thanks for that. Should I be worried that I have Neanderthals in my DNA?

No. A large number of people of European descent share that.

The last Neanderthals are thought to have lived on the Rock of Gibraltar. Their remains were actually found before the bones at Neanderthals, but their discovery wasn't widely publicised at the time, otherwise they would have been called Gibraltar Man...

A large number of Asians also have Neanderthal DNA. Nothing for anyone to be worried about. It is what it is. We're all human.

You are special because you carry the genes of an extinct species!!

Not special. We ALL carry genes of extinct species.

Denisovans, for example. I would quibble with the idea Neanderthals and Denisovans are extinct when they clearly have living descendants, but it's also clear they are no longer a distinct, undiluted surviving species or sub-species of human, so it's a point not worth discussing, I suppose.
