Well wishes for Grammy Lynx

Oh damn, no fair. She and that baby need at least 25 years or so of quality time together in this world. Hopes and prayers going to GL and all the Lynxes. :rose:

Honey, this may sound harsh but bear with me.

Don't bottle it up. That's about the worst thing you can do - it comes back and bites you in the ass later on. I can understand not wanting to do it in front of Grammy or Baby but you *need* to let the emotions flow. Just sit and have a cuddle with hubby and let it out, even if its only once or twice, its a lot better for your health in the long run - I learn that the hard way.

Thinking of you, always sweetie.

Got good news today!!! The PET scan showed no more cancer other than the tumor, so did the mammogram. Unfortunately that means it's a tumor of unknown origin, but it also means that it can be treated more easily with radiation. So there is hope, though because of the location she's going to end up disabled because it hurts when she does things with her arms but at least it hasn't spread beyond that one area!!!

Glad to hear there's some good news for you guys! Keeping the family in my thoughts! :rose:

Great news! Here's now hoping her treatment goes as well as it possibly can with as little pain as possible.

:rose:es for all and a {{{HUG}}} for you

Her radiation treatment starts when she comes back from camping, something she insisted upon doing as she does it once a year with my uncle and his son and it's the only real vacation they get. The first 4 weeks will be 5 days a week, they'll be focusing on that one area. I guess they figure out where to go from there, not sure though...

She'll always have pain though, with it where it is even if the tumor would disappear it would be like having a permanent fracture in one of her collar bones and a broken breast bone...
