Here in Southern Florida they are getting ready for the annual "Spring Bling" concert put on by BET.
Preperations include several vehicle checkpoints manned by the City Police, Sherrifs Department and Highway Patrol. It should prove interesting to see what happens after all of these preperations.
The crowd is expected to be in excess of 9K people. (That was last years group in Miami and this years was better advertised.)
