Well this is just torture

One of my co-workers decided she was going to be nice and gave me a traditional Chinese Cookbooks. We're talking one with recipes from all of the different areas of the Middle Kingdom.

Reading through this was torture enough. We're talking some great looking recipes.

Now I'm hungry.

Beef and Brocolli over fried rice. Don't forget to add Water Chesnuts and Bamboo Shoots. If you make that, I would eat it. That is my favorite Chinese meal.

I have a feeling the meal that Rob posted is spicy. I can't do spicy. *sighs*
