Trump's chief of staff Mulvaney is suing Trump.
Mulvaney has joined the lawsuit of asking the courts to rule on which order he has to follow--a subpoena to testify to Congress or a presidential order that he not testify. Trump and the congressional leadership are the defendants in that lawsuit--so, Mulvaney is suing his boss. Wonder if Trump will notice if no one tells him this is happening.
