Yeah, I'm reading this article and it is dripping with inherent bias.

Rather than pointing out that white Democrats speak down to non-whites, it phrases it like 'even though the Democrats are less racist, they oddly use language that is low on the competence scale when speaking with marginalized and indigenous people.'.

The facts are that they looked at Democrats and Republicans, assumed that the Republicans were racists and then were stunned to find out that the Democrats were the ones who assumed that they needed to dumb down their language when talking to Lakisha rather than when they were talking to Emily.

I'm not surprised. These are the same people who have presumed that black people are too stupid to get ID's for the last couple of years. In order for you to have a savior complex, you need someone to save, and for Democrats, they need to imagine that black, gay, trans, female, etc. people are incapable of solving their own problems and need the white democrat to survive.

That's the path they cut out for themselves many years ago. Obama vocalized that policy and made it the foundation of today's democrat politics. Identify tribes, convince them they're oppressed and that only the democrats can 'save' them.

The problem they've got now is that their eye is on the wrong ball. Those tribes have to shop too and the rubber meets the road at the check-out line and/or the gas pump. The very tribes they say they're going to save are the people that are being damaged the most by the policies the democrats have put in place.
