Twenty two stitches in my face. Various stitches elsewhere in various areas (broken glass from car window,) broken fractured kneecap and broken ankle so I am on crutches for a while.

Strangely enough I am happy and feeling ok but I think that is the meds.

I got a stack of movies to watch and books to read. I look like a horror movie.

I want a special drug made for me, called Fuckadol. That is what I feel like now. Fuckadol. When you can barely hold your own urine--- Fuckadol.

BTDT Anais, 7 times in a car, three times on a bike. Generally it will get better as you recover, but when you feel able go see a good chiropractor and make sure you don't have any spinal injuries that the allopathics aren't trained to notice.

Take Chondroitin (sp?) to help with your bone and cartilage injuries. Creatine will help your muscle recover and heal faster. Those two products and extensive rehab, IMHO, saved me from career-ending knee surgery. Face cuts, which I've had a lot of from being in the ring, heal almost overnight it seems. The scars are very tiny and unnoticeable until hit again.

Well, bummer - I wish you a speedy recovery. I have a friend who cracked up her car on an interstate a few years ago and her leg has not totally recovered. The painkillers become a bit of an issue for some folks so I hope you're careful with that Fuckadol prescription...
