Welcoming s'lara, our new librarian

Miss Taken and I are pleased to take this opportunity to announce s'lara's appointment to the position of librarian. We wish to thank everyone who volunteered or expressed interest in the position, and though it made it a difficult choice, we are overjoyed so many of you are willing to put in the extra time and effort needed for such positions on the board. Once again it demonstrates how real a community we have become.

The library is still under re-construction, but will soon be fully in the capable hands of s'lara. I am sure s'lara is going to be a valuable asset to it's growing wealth of knowledge and experience, and build on the hard work AnelizeDarkEyes has already put into it, while adding her own touches to it's evolution.

Thanks s'lara for accepting, and we look forward to entering this new phase of the library.

Hi everyone.

Thanks for all the congrats and well-wishes. We all know that Anelize has been incomparable as our resident librarian, but if i can pick up the ball and maintain/contribute to the library in the same vein as she has, then i am ahead of the game.

Anelize, thank you for strengthening our library with your thoughtful and dead-on selections. Your dedication, patience and ingenuity has made this task a pleasure to take on with enthusiasm. Well done lady.

i also wanted thank the posters who made the threads selected by Anelize, worthy of library material. Keep up the good work. i know you'll give me plenty to add to our library.

Possible addition to the library: "Threads where Never has actually contributed to the discussion." I'm certain many of the BB readers wonder that quite often.

On a serious note, I hope this doesn't mean Anelize is leaving? I do enjoy having her around. Either way, I know s'lara will do well on this job because I like her and she has a cool name. If that doesn't guarantee quality work, I don't know what does.
