However, there's no shortage of "today you're 18 and so..." the whole household goes permanently nudist with no prior warning, teachers suddenly are revealed as sexual predators, etc,etc. It's a stupid artefact of the rule (not specifically on Lit even) and in effect satirical, but OP ideas would blend in that subgenre nicely.

How about absolutely over the top farce, let's say boy-girl twins turn 18, and spend most of the day naked and fucking. The morning starts with family revelation to be "nudists" and with the youngest now 18, nudity is now and forever required in the house (of course, they somehow had no idea); for whatever reason the're stripped at school, publicly, then fucked by teachers, then invited to after-school sex club of peers, and come home for the swinger party with all the neighbors and more teachers, and finally fall asleep in each other's arms after the most tender and fulfilling sex of the day...

From that moment on, life is a fuckfest, with family, friends, neighbors, teachers, lifeguards, cops, fire fighters, sports teams, the whole over-18 populace going at it -- while minors stay indoors, innocently playing on electronic devices, no sex attached, oh no.

I used the 18-sex-party trope in the final Stanley Steamer chapter. Younger kids don't skinny-dip. Orgies occur after 18th birthdays. Hilarity ensues. It's all over-the-top, of course. Hey, this is LIT!

Exactly, nicely put. That's why all my first time sexual encounters didn't happen til I was well into college where I had a chance build a bit of context before losing my virginity then from there can spiral downward into the filthy pit of my jaded imagination.
