I was reading some of the comments on the weirdest places that people masturbated at and began to wonder what the weirdest lubricant or item was that you ever used to masturbate with. The only thing that really comes to my mind personally, is that medicated Vaseline is not at all similar to regular Vaseline. I learned that one the hard way when I was quite a bit younger.

Also........make sure not to have any stray toothpaste or bengay on your hand.
Bengay from massaging it into my then girlfriends back and and not washing my hands well enough and the toothpaste from not washing my hands thoroughly after brushing my teeth. The lesson....wash your hands like you are going into surgery. These two times were enough for me.
Otherwise I have used vaseline, baby oil, hair pomade, hand lotion, and of course good old saliva.

An instructor in a massage class told us to avoid olive oil for massage because it was just too slippery. Well, it didn't take long for the light bulb to go on and we now keep olive oil in strategic locations other than just the kitchen. Works great for all occasions, even when you're needing something heavy-duty...and just can't come to grips with the egg-white thing.
Only mishap I recall is when I had been applying that capsicain (pepper) cream to my runners injuries earlier in the evening. Turns out you just can't wash all that stuff off. Well...you can guess the rest.
