Yes, you heard me right. I've got a weird twist on the Drew Carey bigamy plot twist. You know, where he marries Kate and Nicki at the same time, and doesn't bother to tell either one? Well...let's just say that they are pissed and come up with a suitable punishment....he has to keep being married to both of them, since he took vows, and has to constantly worry about getting caught by the Feds. To make it worse and keep themselves off the hook (as well as to increase his stress), he has to keep up the pretense of only being married to one of them. None of them acknowledge that he's a bigamist. Kate and Nicki both pretend it is not happening.

Now, they obviously don't interrogate him about something that they already know, but they insist as a price for not pressing charges that he not remind them of it with careless statements. In other words, he has to keep living the double life of a bigamist for the rest of his days and worry about what happens if people find out. So, yeah, it's getting away with it in a sense, and there is some fun for him, but it is also a punishment, because he can't flaunt his marital status or get it off his chest. What's more, forget about threesomes. That would blow their cover and neither wife is remotely into girls.

Anyway, that's the penalty to which he agrees when they confront him with what he has done.
