Would agree. Wife and I are both on a serious fitness regime.
I've dropped 18kgs in the last 6mths and she is down about 8-10kgs. She didn't need to lose much because she was already pretty trim but I sure did. And I'm so much better for it.
Have noticed that I appear to be bigger than I was, and my libido is pretty high.
Already was but now that I'm trimmer she is keener too. Downside is that her already small breasts are getting smaller. But her body is awesome, just getting lean muscle everywhere.
It's not easy to shed pounds like that but so worth it. Every part of my life is better. Physical, mental and social. Just a happier person being the best me that I can be.
