I guess my search was too detailed? I tried combos like "cheating bride" and "cheating on wedding day" but nothing would come up.
So, I thought this was a more original idea. Do you know... Does the search feature pull up stories from the "keywords" list an author writes up, the summary sentence, or does it actually do a quick scan of all stories?

mind you, thats in the description.

Good luck on the editor thing, Reshbod. I used to send requests to AT LEAST two males and two females asking if they had the time, etc., to edit a story for me. To this day, I have never once heard back from ANY "volunteer editor" at Lit.

unfortunatly, my only experiences with editors was the same as tiggsy's there - no response, ever.
The only way I ever got someone to edit my story was to go to the "author's hangout" or the "story feedback" forums and post requests there - people are surprisingly willing to tear apart your work = )

I agree NASCAR, but one of the reasons I come here is to get away from reality, at least somewhat.
BlessedBe: While the editor board is a good idea, it really does not seem to work, so I will just do what I can then maybe follow Chicklets suggestion.
