OOC> A closed thread for Nightrayne, Torrid Temptress and myself

Alex was excited. He was going to be getting married in just a few days, to the most beautiful of women.

as he was driving in his car, he glances into the mirror and out the back. Traffic was bad but not terrible. He would be making some good time. As he finally arrived at his destination, he parked the car and exited. He stood next to his car, and glanced into the tinted window. It proved to be a good reflective so that he could see his appearance. His hair was blond and short and he barely caught a hint of the green in his eyes. He was dressed up, wearing a button up shirt and black slacks. He hadn't needed to do that, but he wanted to.

As he walked to his destination, his long legs easily pulled him through the crowd. He was an imposing figure at 6'2, broad shoulders, and nicely tanned. He checked the sign and it read Gate 12.

His bride was arriving on this plane. She had been back east, and was finally returning. He certainly did miss her.

Finally the plane landed and people began to exit.

Shayne was anxious it felt like forever since she had seen Alex, and it had suprised the hell out of her when she received the invite to his wedding to be one of the bridesmaids. She had never met his fiance, just had heard about her from Alex's mother. Form what she had been told, she was looking forward to the one who had been able to capture his heart amongst other things.

As the plane came in for it's landing she thought she should have called Alex to see if he would be home, she didn't want to try to surprise him and head to his place only to find him not home. She sighed softly, this was going to be a hard meeting, it had been years since she had seen him.

She wondered if they met in a strange place if he would even recognize her now. They had grown up together, but when she had moved away she was a pudgy, frecklefaced, short redhaired brat. Now six years later, she was taller, had lost 50 pounds and her closest friends said she was a knockout. She couldn't wait to see the look on his face, she knew she would recognize him after all this time; the blonde hair and green eyes, jock type build she would know him anywhere.

As the plane landed she was thankful she had decided to fly first class and would disembark first, she was tired of being cooped up in this plane. She slipped on her heels and ran her fingers through her long red hair. Then the thought crossed her mind, "Too bad dear Alex is getting married, it would be interesting to see how he's grown." She shook her head briefly clearing the thoughts from her mind, he was taken and her chance was gone, it was just a good thing she would get to see hime once more.

She stood and straightened her black miniskirt and then her light green blouse and grabbed her bag then headed for the exit ramp....

Jessica was impatient to see Alex. She had been away from him for almost two weeks. She had been back east to wrap up the last of her business. It had taken a little longer than previously thought. Tapping her foot furiously, she wanted everyone to hurry up and exit the plane.

As the passengers began to move, Jessica couldn't help but wish that she had flown first class. She combed her long black hair out of her blue eyes.

Jessica had a lot on her mind. The wedding was approaching fast and several things were still left undone. Foremost on her mind was that she had not met her bridesmaid yet. She was an old friend of Alex. She had heard good things about her and hoped they could form a friendship with one another.

At the moment, Jessica just wanted to be wrapped in Alex's protective arms. Smoothing out her red skirt and white sweater, she pulled up a smile. Walking towards the gate...

Alex stood patiently watching the people exit the plane. The first person he saw was a stunning redhead, who would make any guy turn and look in deference. Alex did glance for a second, but then waited for Jessica to exit the plane.

She must've been in the back and as she exited, he ran to her and grabbed her into his arms and gave her a kiss. The kiss was deep and pasionate, showing the longing and how much he missed her. "It's good to have you back."

Shayne exited the plane and surveyed the many faces there waiting for their friends and loved ones to get off the plane. She was lost in her thoughts or would have noticed her best friend there among them. It was not until he moved away from the others to run up to a raven haired woman, that she recognized him... Alex.

She gave them a few moments to greet each other, thinking this must be the Jessica she'd heard from Alex's mother about. As their kiss broke she stepped up and lightly tapped Alex on the shoulder... When he turned she smiled. "What a surprize... I didn't expect of all people to see you here today."

She turned to Jessica and smiled, "You must be Jessica? I wish I had known you were on the same plane, it would have made things much more fun."

Jessica melted into Alex's passionate kiss. She finally felt at home again. Two weeks was too long to be seperated. "I'm so glad to be back."

Just then Jessica noticed a breath-taking redhead approach Alex. Smiling, Jessica realized that this stunning woman was Shayne.

Laughing, Jessica reached out and hugged Shayne. "Oh, I think we could have kept ourselves entertained." As she spoke to Shayne, she gave a conspiratorial wink to Alex.

Alex loved the feel of Jessica in his arms. She certainly was a wonderful feel. He desperately wanted to get her away and tear off her clothes. But then he was patted on the shoulder. He thoguht for a second he was going to be asked to leave for being lewd in a public place.

It was the redhead who gave him a smile and then took Jessica away from him to give her a hug. He studied her more closely now, she was hugging his fiancee that gave him an excuse. He finally recgonized her, gone was the bit of baby fat she always had, gone was the limpy hair, Shayne had blossomed and blommesed well.

"Shayne?" He said in mild disbelief before finally giving his long time friend a big hug and a kiss on her cheek. "It's so good to see you." As he hgged her, he could feel how well she had grown out as well. But such thoughts were not very gentlemanly.

"Why didn't you call and say you were flying in earlier?"

He kept one arm around her as he looked over at Jessica. "This is her, Shayne, the girl I spent my childhood with."

Shayne smiled at Jessica, "Oh yes we could have had too much fun on the flight." She turned as Alex pulled her away and hugged her. "I would have called but I wanted to surprize you. Maybe if I had called I would have known Jessica would be on the same flight and would have had some company, other than the fat old man who kept trying to feel me up on the plane." She laughed slightly.

"Yeah I figured Alex wouldn't recognize me right away." Gone were the tomboyish clothes of their childhood, replaced by a sexy bouse and miniskirt, with spiked heels. She had grown much taller in the four years since they had last seen each other. Gone were the braces replaced by nice straight, white teeth. She had grown from the boyish ugly duckling of youth to the swan of adulthood.

"It's nice to meet you Jessica, finally. I have heard alot from Alex's mom about you. I can't wait to learn more directly from you."

Jessica stood aside and watched to two friends reunite.

She just couldn't get over how stunning Shayne looked. And with such vibrant red hair. Jessica couldn't help but admire the woman. She unconciously smoothed her red skirt. Already feeling rumpled from the long flight, she couldn't help but feel a little unkept in her white blouse and skirt when looking at Shayne's attractive clothes.

As she continued to look at Shayne, she could feel a certain attraction. Unsure as to what it was, she smiled at her.

"I'm glad you've come Shayne. I'm sure we will get on just fine. Alex has already told me so much about you. I feel that we are going to be fast friends."

Alex was glad to see his fiancee and childhoold friend getting along. He had been worried that they would hate one another.

"Well, let's not stand about out here, let's get the luggage and head out." He looks over at Shayne, "So are you still staying at our place?"

Shayne smiled... "I agree I think we'll get along just fine." She had heard alot about Jessica from Alex's mom and knew that she was a woman Shayne would love to have as a friend. She smiled a little at the thought that if Jessica could capture Alex's heart then she was someone worth getting to know better.

She looked to Alex, "Well I did have reservations at a hotel, but if you two have the room and would rather I stay with you, I can cancel them I am sure. I wouldn't mind, besides it would give me more time to get to know Jessica and catch up with you."

Jessica smiled..."Of course we'll get along fine. If we can put up with this guy...when can get along great." Jessica had heard a lot about Shayne through Alex and his mother. She knew that she would just love her maid of honor.

As Alex gathered the bags together, Jessica reached over and wrapped her arm through Shayne's. Strolling along companionably, Jessica felt a bond grow between her and Shayne.

Jessica was not completely sure what her feelings were for the attractive redhead. Yet she refused to feel confused. It was almost her wedding and she was the luckiest woman on earth.

Looking at Shayne, she winked at her. "I am going to marry the sexiest man alive." Grinning, Jessica never felt happier than on the arm of this beautiful woman and following her handsome fiance.

Seeing his bride and the Maid of Honor getting along warmed Alex's heart. He had been at times afraid they'd hate one another and his wedding would be ruined. But so far they seemed to be acting like old friends.

So he didn't even mind picking up all of the luggage. All of it. Actually he finally managed to procure himself a handcart and wheeled the luggage out to the car. It was actually an SUV, nice and big and easily able to handle all of the luggage. He pushes the button to unlock the trunk and the doors. He lets the ladies decide where they wanted to sit before he got into the driver postion to start the vehicle.

Shayne automatically selected the back seat on the passenger side of the SUV. As she slipped into the vehicle she spoke to Jessica. "So where did the two of you meet? I didn't hear much from his mother other than the fact that you were very pretty and had managed to capture Alex's heart pretty quickly."

She glanced to Alex, to see if maybe the girls' conversation was making him uneasy. She winked at him as she focused her attention back to Jessica. She was indeed a very beautiful woman, Alex's mother had not been wrong in that.

Jessica climbed into the passenger seat. She wanted to be next to Alex.

She turned to the side to talk with Shayne. Smiling, Jessica was always happy to talk about how she met Alex.

"It's really funny the way we met. We had been chat buddies online for a month or so. I had just been relocated out here with work. We got along great but never made any real plans to meet. And then a mutual friend set us up on a blind date. It was so funny when we recognized each other. And now here we are."

With that Jessica reached over and squeezed Alex's arm.

"Well cool, but a bit awkard. We had discussed a few things that we would do if we ever met." He glances over at his fiancee, "I believe there was the soiree in the bathroom we had planned." He said with a mischevious smile. He looks back at Shayne, "It took us until our third date before we fulfilled that fantasy." He gave a wink to Shayne before starting the up the SUV and backing up and out of the parking lot.

What seemed like forever later they were finding out of the parking lot and on the road back to their house.

Shayne looked to the two of them in turn. "I can imagine it would have been strange. It is kind of cool the way you met though." She sat back in the seat. She wasn't sure if she wanted to hear of their sexual exploits, she was kind of curious though.

"So you live far from here Alex? I feel like I have been sitting for days, the flight felt like it took forever." She hoped he had a nice enough place.. well if not nice enough then big enough since it might get abit crowded with them asking her to stay till the wedding.

Jessica giggled at Alex's playfullness. The man always enjoyed his jokes. She didn't mind his hinting at their exploits. She was rather proud of the fun they had together. And they had worked hard to satisfy each other's fantasies.

Jessica leaned back in the chair and let out a groan. Turning again to face Shayne, she gave a small smile. "If traffic is good the ride shouldn't be too long. However, I can't promise if the traffic will behave. But I agree, my legs are numb from sitting so long."

Smiling over at Alex she winked, "Get us home fast my love."

Traffic was actually good. Perhaps fate was smiling upon Alex. He made it to their house in record time. As he parks in the garage he looks over at Jessica and gives her a smile. He knew what they would be doing tonight.

But then he turned back towards Shayne. "You can stay in the spare bedroom. Let me get your stuff and show you." He worked the luggage again and got the bags separated some into their bedroom and some into the spare bedroom.

"Here it is." He says showing her the room. It was a simple room with a large bed. "Will this work?"

Shayne followed Alex and Jessica inside, she admired Alex's choice. Jessica was a very beautiful woman, she felt a slight pang of jealousy but forced it away. She looked into the bedroom that Alex had led her too. It wasn't decorated too fancy but just enough to make it comfortable.

She stepped inside and dropped her carry bag on the bed. "Sure this will be great, and probably much more quiet than the hotel. I'll have to call them to cancel my room." She looked to Jessica, "Are you two sure you are not going to mind me staying here? I really do not want to intrude."

Jessica walked up behind Alex as he showed Shayne the spare room. She couldn't help but admire Shayne's beauty. Jessica watched as Alex smiled at Shayne. She couldn't help but feel a little jealous and more than a little envious of Shayne's good looks. But she pushed those thoughts from her mind.

Leaning against Alex's side, she wrapped her arms around his face. Jessica was filling tired from her trip but so happy to be back home with Alex. Resting against him she listened as the two talked. Smiling over at Shayne, Jessica laughed at Shayne's trepidations about staying.

"Nonsense Shayne. You are more than welcome here. This is more comfortable than a hotel. And we will have more time to get to know each other." Jessica grinned and lightly squeezed Alex. "We are both glad that you will be staying with us."

Alex smiles as he indicates where the phone is. "Nonsense, we would love to have you here. It'll be just like old times, you and me up until the wee hours of the night." He looks from his friend to his fiancee. "But what do you two say about resting for a bit and then going our for some dinner? My treat."

Shayne smiled, “Well, if you both are sure it won’t be a problem, then I’ll stay here. It’ll be more fun than staying in the hotel alone anyway.” She kicked off her high heels and turned to Alex and Jessica, “That sounds great after that cramped flight.”
