My only suggestion would be to go into yahoo adult chatrooms. They also have web cam chat for the adults. I used to do this years ago. It can be a lot of fun.

Though in the yahoo rooms it is nearly impossible since most of the people in there are spammers. I go in there very often looking for webcammers.

The literotica chat is pretty good for finding people too.

The spammers were overwhelming on the Yahoo site. I caught a virus in about 5 minutes. Locked up the whole computer. Thanks anyway.

I don't know how you would have gotten a virus unless you were exchanging pictures, and didn't have any antivirus protection.

When you're going cam to cam, you can't catch a virus, not that I've heard of anyway. Nothing is going to your computer from theirs to yours. You're just viewing the other.

Before you cam with anyone, you should make sure to chat with them for a few minutes first. Don't just let anyone view you. You'll have less problems this way. Also, when you're camming on yahoo, make sure you have "Ask for permission to view" checked in your preferences, or you'll have the whole world viewing.

Another thing - maybe your computer locked up because you had too many programs running, not enough ram, etc. Yahoo isn't always perfect, too. You'll have this.

I use to go onto the adult yahoos, and its full of spammers and bots now, dont bother. Lit is probably the best place for finding someone. At least you know you are talking with a human.

Thats not totally true about if you webcam you cannot get a virus. See what happens is when you transfer a file or you webcam, you open up a connect between the computers. A program could easily be run while camming and the virus can transfer over easily.

For example, the one guy kept trying to send me a virus, and I was able to find out his IP address though the connection we had up. Well using a little program I know of, I found out his name, address and everything. Told him who he was and everything, gave a good scare as well.

But yeah depending on the system, if lots of programs that need RAM, and there is not enough of it can lock up the system.

Obviously for security reasons, and who know who could be reading this, I wont say the name of the program or how I go about doing it.

Buy example lets say there is a timely enough of a file, and you can figure out the IP address. Break down of a IP address:

xxx-xxx-x-x.as3.kissmyass.net

xxx-xx-x-x : That is your IP address, your number that you are given every time you go online.

as3.kissmyass.net : Server and service provider.

Everytime you are given an IP address it directly links to your location of the area the server is getting from.

The program goes into the special server and get the information that has your location in the globe. Software like this is legal and costs about $40, or so. Though Im sure someone gets known that you have this program for good reasons.

PS: Dont go about flaming me if Im wrong somewhere, Im not the #1 expert when it comes to computer.

Good advice all. The virus (a blackbox logger) may have already been on my system, but I was dumb enough to click a link during the videochat that redirected me to the chatter's site, and after that I ran the scanning software and found the link. I'll stick to literotica and see if I can find a live, interested individual or couple that's interested in free expression, and not free commerce.
