can anyone tell me if there is a viable altenative to netmeeting to use this darn thing....i have yet to get an acceptable pic using netmeeting....is there another service i could try....also,i am trying to use the pesky thing on my lap top....do you think thats why i'm not getting a pic....very frustrating,literally......tahnks in advance for any help
