how do I get stills from something on the web cam?

if you dont want to dowload any extra programs, you can do it by taking a screen shot (pressing "prnt scrn" near the top of the keyboard).. and then pasting it into Microsoft paint.

or you can download a program like Hypercam or Camgrab, and it automatically records still frames.. or a continuous stream to play back.

I found how to take stills with it after looking at the stuff that came with it.

now it's just pulling stills from an actual video once I can talk someone else into doing that so I have some time.
