The boss of a TV station has given a break to his teacher brother's girl pupil and gives her job as weathergirl. She picks up the wrong weather info sheets and gives the wrong forecast.
It rains on his picnic.

I too would like to see something like this. Newscasters (female) look so sexy in those outfits.

And who wouldn't want to discipline a forecasters who so often get it wrong.
