"We tend to be annoyed most

I'm annoyed most by idiots. People who didn't get delt a full deck of cards. I try not to be, because they can't help being stupid, but I am annoyed.

And I am not an idiot.

So much for your theory.

It's the pleasant Cheyenne, everyone. A round of applause for her uberinsight.

While I see what you're saying, I don't think this is entirely accurate.

Yes, it is true, at times. Other times, it's characteristics that I had when I was an adolescent that someone of my equal age is displaying.

Sometimes, people just annoy us and there's nothing more to it than that.

To think that we are mirrored completely in other's annoyances is a little narcissistic.

Here's a link that might be helpful!

I hate having to argue things that weren't meant for public viewing.

Anyway, In context, the insight was correct.

Of course it's not the bottom line for all annoyance. The point of the statement is to look at yourself and the reason why someone you're having a conversation with or interaction with sticks in your craw so much. If you constantly are annoyed by people who seem bitchy or in need of validation because they always need to be right, there is a distinct possibility that you might need to work on that area yourself. It's a whole Physician heal thyself kind of thing. I'm not the first to bring up that point.

Thankyou for your site, Lexaaaaaaaah.

Can't get much more public than a quote in someone's signature line with a whole thread started about it.

Sorry, I thought she was quoting a post of yours from some other thread.
