We need to take this to Lit court for a ruling.

The question is simple:

Is it gay for a man to pretend to have sex with a man who is pretending to be a woman? This assumes the man does not know the other man is pretending and is the victim of pleasant fraud.

Nothing here is to be confused with cross dressers or transvestites.

It's really too late for this, anyway. Cybersex is supposed to have died when voice chat appeared. This makes it phone sex that doesn't show up on your cell phone bill. I can't believe anyone still smashes half the left side of the keyboard to fake an orgasm. Web cams had to have taken old fashioned chat cyber sex out with the trash.

Phone sex is much older than cyber sex. I know, because I invented it. If I didn't invent it, I certainly independently discovered it. I had my own private phone line in my bedroom when I was 13.

The case of "Is Cybersex Cheating?" was decided by Lit Court many years ago. For those who don't remember, the ruling was, "Sure it is, but don't let that stop you."

Back to the original question: Is it gay, or not? Not that there is anything wrong with that.

I say no and cite the "What you don't know can't hurt you," principle.

No, it is not gay if you are the defrauded party.

The hoaxer, on the other hand, I'm not too sure about.

Is it criminal for old wannabe seen as straight and John Wayne like ex military dudes to cyber with old men pretending to be young women and sometimes young boys pretending to be young women.

Ken, Skyler and Sterling and the Baylor Click can take this to HELL with em too.

Pretending to have sex with someone else is no more or less than masturbating. Masturbating is having sex with your own gender.

Ok, Bronze. I want to know who you were phone sexing when you were 13. Who was your LB before LB was your LB?

seconded.

Also, this is gay. This is just as gay as the old "Link & Shadow Link" question.

The first law of Literotica conservative politics is, and will always be, "Everyone must be labeled!"
The second law of Literotica conservative politics is, and will always be, "...and I reserve the right to label you!"

My friends, we are a society of laws. Without laws, we'd be no better than mindless monkeys, or worse, witless glibertarians wallowing luxuriously in their preferred stink of outlandish anarchy.

Laws we have, and laws must be obeyed.

I urge that the Annals of Literotica Faggotry be opened, and that three names ...Garbage Can, Vetteman and Karen Kraft...be enscribed henceforth and forever more upon these scrolls, so that other may know of, and be aware of, their collective affronts to God, All right-thinking Christians, and Amurica in general.

So let it be said.
So let it be done.

This is Lit Court. Please amend your statement to include, "not that there's anything wrong with that," before it becomes part of the hearing record.

ex post factoe pluribus unum!

Also, some legal mumbo jumbo, and talk about "burden of proof".

See, I can be a lawyer on the internet too... Just call me Koren Craft.

I must respectfully decline.

As any Literotica conservative will tell you, base faggotry is the principle undermining force of Amurica today.

If only we could eliminate faggotry, then everyone could eat unicorns and fart rainbows.

Amurica could be returned once again to its proper place, i.e. "the best that's ever been, the best that ever is, and the best that every will be".

Okay, fair enough, but what about the question?

Is there a precedent in the case of the "Transexual Call Girl"? Two men both contract for a blow job from a prostitute. Neither knows the prostitute is actually a man.

JohnA enjoys his blow job and doesn't realize it is a man until later, when he witnesses the prostitute tuck the money into her thong.

JohnB enjoys his blow job so much he slips his hand into the prostitutes thong. He knows immediately the prostitute is a man, but does not stop the act until he cums.

JohnA may or may not have homosexual tendencies, but JohnB is obviously a closeted flamer, not that there is anything wrong with that.

When did this take place?

You had to be there.

I would say that this thread is useless without a public poll, but that would be a lie.

Not true. I"m conservative and you've never seen me insult gays in any way. Not all conservatives believe gays have a choice in the matter.

Maybe it is because I have gay relatives and a few gay friends? I don't know. But I know I have become LESS conservative over the years on the topic of gays. Maybe Lit had something to do with that, too.

I think you have Ken to thank for it.
