I have 2 biracial grandkids, and they have 1000s of black relatives. For all intents and purposes theyre Euro-Americans. That is, I'm unaware of any Afro-centric activities they practice.

Afro-centric costumes and activities were popular with black workers at the state agency I was employed by. I usta question folks about their costumes and rituals (I was an anthropology student as an undergrad) but it was all made-up (like Kwaanza) and about as strange as me wearing an Eskimo parka in the summer. In real life African culture changes about every 5 miles, any direction you take. Not different from American Indian cultures. My Cherokee ancestors came to Florida to kill Seminoles back in the 1850s.
