How was this constitution drafted? By whom? What does it say? When was it ratified? By whom?

What does the rejection and replacement of the original constitution say about Trump's patriotism as well as your own? Especially as it was done without any citizen votes/input.

I would say that one of the biggest problems with a lot of us on the left is that we're seen as a bunch of impotent weaklings who need other, stronger people to do our dirty work for us. It emboldens our enemies, and it alienates working-class people who might otherwise be our allies. They think that we, if anti-system, would never actually survive the collapse of the capitalist system that we so heavily depend upon. I would like to think I'm not guilty of this, but it's been a struggle.

If pro-system, we ourselves don't actually plan to put our own lives at risk in the dying and killing in defense of the System, or to implement the restrictions that we risk to enforce upon others. A common joke among the pro-gun types is that no liberal is willing to shoot you to take your gun away.

Though, in fairness, there was a moment at the height of the anti-vax and anti-mandate protests when some of my own family were plotting to murder members of the Freedom Convoy. They even started trying sound me out to see if I could get them access to firearms.

Coming back to this: every righty in this country treats NYC and LA as if they were gang-dominated war zones. Every lefty thinks that living in a Red State is just waiting for one of your neighbors to go nuts and shoot you with his AR-15 because Qanon told him to. My good liberal family thought I was nuts for actively choosing the live among the poor, downtrodden third-world working class with whom they so strongly sympathize from a very safe distance.

Reality: if you're not doing gang shit or drug shit then, no matter where you live, you probably won't suffer from violent crime. I was probably in a lot more danger of getting shot while scoring blow in nice and friendly Bedford, Mass than I ever was of getting chopped while teaching English to the children of Islamic militants in Aceh.
