Ways to express condolences for VT victims

I received a note from a writer friend who is also a college professor. She said that the Student Government Association (SGA) office at Virginia Tech was collecting condolence and sympathy cards for the victims. I haven’t been able to confirm this, but since she was convinced this was legitimate, I am including the address here for sending cards, which are supposed to be collected for a memorial wall.
