I was thinking, instead of watching your spouse or siblings have sex, we could put a spin on that by a character watching other families in incest themes (minors not included).
Let's take the voyeurism to the max (masturbation included).

An incest fantasy without an attractive family could be a trigger, and impotence the cause.

i agree to a certain point emap, who would want to watch an ugly bunch screwing each other from an aesthetic point... but surely the fetish here is knowing they are related... no matter how ugly, some people would get off on the sheer filthy immoral kink of witnessing a father fucking his daughter, or son fucking his mother, or bro/sis action...

I never meant to get into the ugly scenario.

My first thought was actually a door to door salesman somehow gets the power of sexual hypnotism.
He goes to each house planting the suggestion that each housewife (who are real MILFs) will desire a sexual encounter (voyeurs included) with each product he sells.
On one particular hot babe, he plants this suggestion as a desire that cannot be fulfiled until the urge builds up too great to resist.

In fiction, I know immoral behavior is justified, but I don't find this last part immoral (on the part of the salesman) in the least, since the decision to do what is suggested, when and where, is ultimately the subject's.
Granted this scenario is exadurated for fiction, in which parts of it are immoral to make for better reading.
