this afternoon. Never seen it before.

I liked it.

Am I in regression or is it just a good film?

i thought it was a decent movie, nothing overly spectacular but good nonetheless

Toy Story 2 was maybe even better than the first one, check it out.

As far as CG animated films/videos, I'd say that the Toy Story's are perhaps the best in MY opinion.

Of course, NOTHING can beat the first Jurassic Park for CGI stuff though.

Depends, were you sucking your thumb as you watched the movie? *Grin* If not then it's ok, you haven't regressed anymore.

:p

My son has Toy Story and Toy Story 2 on video. We watched them as a family and I thought they were both great.

Toy Story 2 is one of the kiddie films that I don't ever get tired of.

Shrek is good, too. There are some decent adult innuendos and it well animated.

No, you aren't regressing!

Both "Toy Story" movies are great......just better when you don't have a 4 year old asking to watch them 5 times in a row!

Now, if I can just figure a way to dismantle the new Buzz Lightyear gun that my son has been shooting me with all day.:D

Good. I'm glad I'm still more or less...

myself!

What I liked about the film was the totally unexpected humour of it. Had me laughing quite a bit...

Mr Potato Head playing battleships with the Pig:

Pig: "No, no not the ear. Gimme the nose".

What a line!

:D

Nah... no regression, it was a brilliant movie. If you liked that then check out Bugs Life and Shrek...

Thos is just another advantage of having 4 kids and a sideline job as a movie reviewer... i get to see all the cool kids movies. If anyone out there liked Shrek, be sure to check out Monsters Inc.

God I love kids CGI movies... :D :D

Toy Story and Toy Story 2 pretty much rock when it comes to CGI movies.

They are the best ones I have seen in a while and I think I have both of them.... yep, I have both of them on video.

You have such an exciting life, P_P_man, first the war at your place and now Toy Story! I do not think my old heart could stand all of the excitement! All jokes aside, I highly recommend "Shrek" (I do not know if that is the proper spelling or not).

"Toy Story" is awesome!! :)
I loved the movie when it first came out......I didn't get
to see the sequel..however.....I recommend "A Bug's Life"
which has the same type of computer animation.....real
cute movie! :)

Brillant film , loved both of them , Toy Story and Toy Story 2 ..,..

Yeah.... you got it right PowerOfOne.... it is Shrek and that is a damn good movie also. It just makes you ask yourself, what are they going to come up with next.

I know that I'll be watching and waiting.

Warning: Do not look if you are at all offended by porn

Toy Story 3 Porn
Buzz lightyear:"Woody what is it?"
Woody:"I think it is a mini pogo stick."
Mr Potato Head:"Nah it's one of them new fangled pole vaults for midgets." :D

Right I'm Hooked...

Just been through my TV Guide...

ANTZ is next at 5.15 this afternoon.

Out with the bubble and sqeak, the cold cuts, the cheeses and the bottles of beer and we're away.

You know what?

I'm enjoying this Christmas!

I always wondered what was implied about that name "woody." Hmmm?

Thank you. I mean when my 8 year old wanders out of his room and asks the 13 year old and the 18 year old. "Have you seen my woody. I can't find him. " What else can you expect? Believe it or not our cat is called Woody too. :) After Woodstock.

DebXXX

here's my double entendre of the hols (maybe of all time--tho' it's soft-core): Yesterday I heard my mother-in-law in the next room say to my seven-year-old daughter "Put down your Playboy and look at this book with me."
I had to look--it was her "Gameboy."
(My fifteen year old daughter said, "Now if it were a Playgirl. . ."

lol on the 15 year old's comment. Sort of. But my 8 year old has no understanding of why the 18 year old and 13 year old were practically rolling on the floor, laughing. Made their day, telling the 8 year old, " think I saw your woody by the pool." :) Nah it was behind the couch when I saw it last." Laugh on their behalf. "I thought I saw your woody in the freezer. It was chillin out." Bewildered 8 year old is still looking for his pump (water you perverts) woody and splash Buzz Light year. :D
