Watch this for a good laugh

The bat is just flying around being chill, while the fucking dog pees on the kitchen floor. Priorities, people.

That was my favorite bit.

Also, HI!!!

"You're doing great, you're doing great." The guy is just standing there holding up a towel.

That and the lady behind the door.

It's like the Irish version of Twin Peaks.

"Maureen, yer not doing any good there behind the door!" he said, from behind another door.:D

It reminds me of my Dad years and years ago. The cat brought a mouse in and let it go. It sat half way up the stairs and for some reason Dad thought he could catch it with a tea towel. He asked me to distract it (?!) so I just stood there staring at them both and then he launched the tea towel over it and muttered "Got da little hoower".

Of course hoower wasn't under there and we never found it.

"Mammy Will ye stop looking in the door"..... Then he goes and gets behind the other door.. Classic.

I was a wee bit disappointed that there was no use of the word 'Gobshite' though.
:D

We used to get bats in the house quite often. Once, the cat caught one, and paraded all over the house showing it off, with it's wings still flapping like mad.

We kept a special shoebox to trap them in. All you need to do is wait under they perch on the wall to rest and slip the box over them.

Bats never bothered me. What I dont like are Luna moths. We had great big bastards, six inches across the wings. Fuck them.

I wouldn't hurt one but I'd not like it in the house. Don't like the big grey furry moths but nothing gets the piss running down me leg like a big black house spider. It's the month for them here. Cunts.

My mother used to say that moths were just butterflies that came out at night. I figured a butterfly going around in the dark must be up to no good.

When we were kids, a couple years ago, we'd tie a rock in a white rag and throw it in the air to watch bats dive at them.
We didn't have laptops or tablets back then.:)

The hysterical twat doing the commentary is like me when there's a spider on the loose. Fucking brilliant. :D

reminded me of the automatic fortune teller in a glass booth at the seaside resorts!

bats and moths don't bother me.

if they'd have opened the windows and turned out the lights, wouldn't it have flown out without all the fuss? maybe? i've never had one indoors, though, so maybe it's a bit more frantic when you do!
