Fun toy lives in my bedstand. Fun toy is so fun it made an entire box of accessories useless.

Fun toy cost a bunch of money and now it is broken!

Ok, it has warranty, but the story actually wants me to bring fun toy to them.

Can't they just look at it, see it is broken? Do they actually have to *send* the thing somewhere?

Won't they just give you a new one when you return it? I wouldn't want it back either. Looks like a couple other people have had that problem and actually complained about it so a bunch of more people probably did too. Good luck!

fun toy is back

So it was pretty surreal.

The warrior can't believe I saved the receipt for fun toy. Well I did, so I am entitled to warranty.

It was stapled to the "manual". Now that I RTFM'd (pun intended), I think I understand how the thing might have gone bad

Anyway, I took fun toy, cleaned it up nice, and then started wondering how exactly am I going to take it to the store. I can't just stick it in my purse!

I finally decided on my old toy bag, which I used until the warrior found me a toy box.( -> pictures here.)

At the store, which was quite full, I had to take fun toy out and present it to the (gloved) saleswoman who "tested" it. It did not take long for them to decide I need a new fun toy, and I was given one, which she "tested" as well. She then held it up while it was working so I could feel how great it is.

Well, new fun toy works.

End of saga.

For the $100 bucks it cost me, I hope it lasts a bit longer.
