Wanting to Impregnate Mother-in-Law. How common is this fantasy?

Have had this fantasy for a while and wondering if anyone else shares it.

Love the idea of my wife watching her mom's belly slowly start showing, and everyone knowing and accepting even embracing, that I got her that way. I always imagine she was a teen mom and that she gets a little jealous seeing the stable relationship her daughter and I have.

Eventually, with my wife's blessing, she and I end up together, and with my wife's blessing, I end up getting her pregnant.

I'd love to walk around the community this way too, the store, church, friend's houses, and my wife's brother's house too. The three of us together, both of the women pregnant. Vacationing with them together would be such a blast too.

Very few of them realize that even though she's not technically married, there's a wedding ring on her finger. And that there's a new name inscribed on my wedding ring next to my wife's.

I've definitely had this fantasy, but for me it was more of a domination fetish. But the idea of the community knowing and accepting the idea of your wife and mother in law both being pregnant by you is the opposite end of that spectrum and makes me wonder about a community that not only accepts it, but one that encourages it.
