Wanting To Edit!

Hi, everyone! I have only recently decided to become a volunteer editor. Though, I have been wanting to be one for quite some time now. I have edited many stories on other sites, mostly fanfics.

I must say that I do take a little while for editing, a few days at the most, depending on the length. But I have to say, that I am extremely thorough.

I really look forward to editing for some of you. So please PM me, if you would like to try me out.

Maybe I'm being completely naive, but if you're wanting to edit, why post among the editors? Seems to me you'd post on the Author's Hangout/Forum thingie. Just a thought.

Hmm... I come here when I'm looking for an editor... I'd say you posted in the right spot. Unless there is a spot that is not the "Editor's Forum" spot?

Nope, she posted in the right place. The Editors' Forum is NOT just for editors, it's also for writers who are looking for an editor who is available. The Editors' list, unfortunately, is not the best place to find an editor; too many of them not doing it anymore, editors not updating their profile ( I know, I'm guilty of this one) etc....

I'd say, and recommend that if someone needs an editor, the editor forum is the perfect place to find one.
