Wanting a baby

I was thinking of a story where there are these two lesbians. They could be married or just living together. They both want a baby but don't want to pay for artificial insemination or can't afford it. One of them decides to find a guy and have sex with him until she gets pregnant. The guy could be a friend or family member of her's or her partner's. At first she really doesn't like the sex, but after a while of not getting pregnant she slowly starts to like it. But still prefers women. One day she gets caught by her partner. We find out the partner either adopted or did the artificial insemination thing. She's mad at first and they even separate until they find out the one who cheated is pregnant.

The one who got pregnant is apologetic, but hey, all that het fucking paid off in a way. The other can either forgive or leave. Assuming she doesn't leave, it's a sort of how-to-deal-with-a-cheating spouse situation: maybe put her on probation, and a solemn oath never to have sex with men, unless it's for impregnation and the other watches—and chooses who the man will be.

You might want to put it into impregnation tags—some guys are into that.

2025 thread? Has it been that long since I last replied or posted? Wow. Life really got crazy for a while. A couple family deaths for instance. And a new job that kept me very busy.

I presumed they'd get back together for the purpose of the story, unless you were going to write mostly about before and during the infidelity/infidelity-of-sorts. Couples therapy might work—maybe a lesbian therapist.

I'm not sure about the letting the other fool around as a compensation: if that's what you're getting at. Some of those who were cheated on might want to use that moral stick to whack the other from time to time. The watching is more for control: a sort of "He might fuck you, but it won't be secretive like last time. I'm going to watch you. I'm going to control you. No romance or soft pillow talk with him. He fucks you for procreation and procreation only, if you want romance, pillow talk, and good luvin', it will be me: your life partner. She might even have her tied up, blindfolded, and headphones playing either white noise or music she hates, removing all of that after the intercourse and before the sweet lesbian luv-making.
