I've received so many messages from "men" questioning as to why I didn't respond to their initial response to my post.
I'm really sorry if I came across as rude obviously I didn't realize that I'd have to respond to every single one of the 280 messages I received. If I had known that was the case I wouldn't have bothered posting in the first place.
So this is a general thanks to everyone male and female to messaged me. No I didn't find what I was looking for but when one door closes another opens. Good luck to you all

IMHO, you have made one cardinal mistake, curvy, which many people make who can never get enough: your resolve to get in touch with 280men, because that is how many PMed you. Because of some vague hope that man number 275 might make you an offer higher than the other 274 before him.

Had you made a cut-off after a few PMs, and told everyone after the cut-off, you were evaluating only very few of the PMs you received, you could have saved yourself a lot of trouble and hardship.

With me you made the mistake of exchanging mails, and making me believe (very briefly, thank god) that I was the only one you were communicating with. But that is another level of insincerity altogether.

I suggest next time you go on a fishing trip, you make a plan beforehand, how to handle your catch in a most optimal manner. ….. Good luck to you in any case, I am almost beginning to empathize with you now.
