A long time ago I put up a profile on Ashley Madison. Bought the smallest package of credit available, and prodeeded to get ripped off. Turned off my profile. A while back, on whim, I just made it visible again. Lo and behold, I have two collect messages waiting for me. I don't think they are Ashey's Angels (yes, the fake profiles), and there is no way I am buying a new package of credits.

I remember seeing somewhere way back when that you could transfer credits.

If anyone has 5 or 10 they want to sell.... send me a PM.

Someone will come along and know exactly what the hell you are talking about and I will be amazed.

The website for cheating spouses. Yup. If you can believe it. If there's a market.....

its a total ripoff.

I think I paid 100 for 100 credits back then. You can look at people''s profiles, but if you want to talk to them, its 5 credits to send a message. You can send a collect message too. But they have a checkbox automatically checked for "priority delivery" or some bullshit like that. And that is 10 more credits. So its $15 to send someone a message. Until you figure out how to turn off the priority delivery. And they have fake profiles like crazy. They even admit to it. They call them Ashley's Angels. Sooooooo. I have two messages waiting collect for me.

And yet you're still willing to pay for the privilege.

PT Barnum had it right.

I will pay 5 or 10 bucks to read the messages. Not buying a package. Thanks for your input tho.

Messages that lead to dates? Or just more need to collect more messages?

This scam is quite fascinating!

Not til just now. Thank you! Great idea. I was gonna try craigslist. This is ridiculous. I will spend hours just trying to save 100. But its more the principle. You know? Whatver. I am done with it. Thanks for your help tho!

That's be really crappy if the message was to tell you your membership was up or something.

Good luck!
