Just ask her sometime how she feels about being watched in general. If she seems receptive, then maybe you can tell her you have a guy lined up and ready to go.

She also might be more open if it a female at first or another couple watching. I told wife I would love to watch her with another man several times, no real response then one night almost out of the blue she said "she would like a couple to join us some time".
