Waking from a coma

Alright, so some kid, say age about 10, falls into a coma. He/she wakes up at 20 and has no idea what's happening with his/her body. Urges, erections/wetness, etc.

Maybe things are complicated by a nurse who had the hots for the sleeping hunk/beauty and now that he/she is awake, the nurse makes a move.

I think the difficulty would be for a youth to interpret the sexuality in a dream. When I was little(r) I would get horny and have no knowledge of sex. I think looking back on it, I was one of those tykes with the "condition" that led to early masturbating. Even though I had no idea what I was doing, or how it related to anything, I would do it because it felt good.

In a coma, you couldn't have that. So even as a horny young man, he probably would have no understanding of his experience or relation to it in a real sense.

i suppose u could take the story two ways:

1) the boy falls in the coma around thirteen...already having some idea of what sex is but know personal knowledge of it himself...and has a sexy nurse that he gets all aroused by and they do it together.

Can't speak to the dreams part. But you've forgotten the physical problems.

A person in a coma for ten years will have atrophied to almost nothing. Their muscles will have wasted away, their ligaments will have grown stiff. Their hands and feet will have locked into curved positions.

A person under this long may never leave their bed. Even if they do, it's doubtful they'll ever walk without a walker or canes.

Might put a bit of a damper on any sexual activity.

It seems like the increasing knowledge that exists about extended comas and its potential complications have led to ways to avert those things.

I read a news article where the patient had been regularly moved, flexed, and been given muscular stimulation. They woke up, but only briefly (they died within days).

As opposed to all the other totally unrealistic sex scenarios that occur regularly on Literotica? Besides, science is wonderful these days. Maybe the patient was part of a new experiment where they use electrical stimulations to keep the muscles from atrophying. Perhaps as a side effect of all that current, it gives the man an enormous cock.

So this guy waks up big and strong and virile, and the nurses respond. They have to teach him not to rut like a dog, but be gentle. It could even turn into one of those end of the world scenarios. A disease hits mankind, but only gets men who have gone through puberty. This kid was on the cusp of puberty which sent him into a coma. Most of the younger boys grown up impotent, or die from the disease when they come of age. So this coma patient is possibly the last hope for humanity.
