Waiting for confirmation e-mail

Hello. I registered a new username over an hour ago but I still have not received my confirmation e-mail. How long does it usually take? Could I have done something wrong?

When I once tried to switch my email over to the lit email, I never got the confirmation for it, and had to switch it back to my old one in order to post.

You were right. For some reason, it didn't like the e-mail that I provided (maybe cuz I just created it today). Used another one, and now here I am. Thanx!
