waiting and waiting

can you guys help me?
i know that there's a waiting period for submitted stories to check the quality and make sure that there's no forbidden content.
but just how long am i supposed to wait?
i have seen 5 days, somebody said 8 days.
i'm on my 10th day of waiting now. is that normal?
is there a longer turnover for some stories than others?

I've got one waiting as well. I'm not sure what the wait time is right now. I think it's been a bit longer because more stories are coming in. All I know is that if ya need some company in the waiting lounge, you got some.

I hope so. Had to wait ten days for my latest one up.

And I have had one pending for eleven days.

One of my friends had her latest up today and I'm pretty sure she submitted after my pending one.

I have this feeling I've been lost in the shuffle.

thanks for the warm fuzzies! I would have responded earlier, but I had to go to hospital to collect my wife and I just thought I'd check before I put my feet up and chill. (She's fine - she was visiting her aunt.) I've been looking in here when I can, but Life keeps getting in the way, LOL. I'm still writing! Albeit slowly . . .

None of mine were actually veiwed before they were accepted this morning....I think that's one of the fixes they did for the stat monkeys that like to see how many people read without voting.

Speaking of which, am I getting bombed or am I just that far out of fucking touch? I barely rank in the 4's with some of the new crop, and most are in the mid 2's...

i have already gotten feedback, even though the list for new stories have not been updated with it yet. very strange feedback.

the story is a daddy fantasy taken to almost ridiculous extremes. i never thought anybody would think it had anything to do with real life. do people really assume that sex stories on the internet are based in reality??? i can see that some might be. but most of them? come on.

i have a fine collection of rants from the anonymous feedback! took it all way too seriously at first as well. welcome to the club
