Jamal Simmons is set to be named the new communications director for Harris, replacing Ashley Etienne, who left in December, Fox News has confirmed.

Simmons previously hosted a news show for The Hill called "Why You Should Care," in which he aired a segment in August 2019 titled "Dazed & Confused," poking fun at Biden for the many conflated and exaggerated stories he’s told the public over the years.

I might add as well that 7 of Harris' aides have quit their jobs. He's just another hasty replacement.

Does anyone NOT think Biden is dazed and confused? Earlier this week he thought it was 2020. Today he answered a question about Covid with this: “No, I don't think COVID is here to stay, but having COVID in the environment here and in the world is probably here to stay."

Ok, Joe. 🙄

I like when he said there were only 2 million unemployed in the US.

Harris comms chief apologizes for old anti-immigration tweets

Vice President Kamala Harris’s newly hired communications director, veteran Democratic aide Jamal Simmons, is already apologizing for years-old tweets in which he asked why illegal immigrants weren’t being apprehended.

In one resurfaced tweet from November 2010, Simmons wrote: “Just saw 2 undocumented folks talking on MSNBC. One Law student the other a protester. Can someone explain why ICE is not picking them up?”

Liberals viewed Simmons’ statement as grounds for removal from his new role under the Biden administration’s so-called border czar.

“This is @KamalaHarris’s new Communications Director. I don’t care if it was 12 years ago. I don’t care if perhaps he holds different views now. I don’t care. This should be disqualifying,” Washington State Democratic congressional candidate Stephanie Gallardo tweeted.

Dazed & confused, indeed!

President Joe Biden both acknowledged and denied the coronavirus was likely “here to stay” in a series of contradictory remarks on Friday.

“No, I don’t think COVID is here to stay,” Biden said to reporters. “Having COVID in the environment here and in the world is probably here to stay. But COVID as we’re dealing with it now is not here to stay.”

Biden spoke to reporters on Friday after a White House speech on the disappointing jobs numbers in December. The U.S. economy only added 199,000 jobs in December, much lower than the 422,000 jobs estimated by economists.

There is also nothing new or unusual about a former rival ending up as VP or a cabinet member. Maybe you remember when George Bush called Reagan's economic policy "voodoo economics"? And there was plenty of shade thrown between Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton before she ended up as his secretary of state.

Biden's doing just fine considering what the last clown in the job did to the nation and the condition in which he left the presidency.

Was he talking about Kamala Harris, saying:

Wanted a woman
never bargained for you
lots of people talking
few of the know

That's pretty much exact truth. The virus will still be circulating 50 years from now, but "COVID as we’re dealing with it now is not here to stay."

Covid will end when Uncle Sugar decides to stop paying hospitals to diagnose it.

We will then move on to some other boondoggle.
