Yeah we follow each other on twitter.

At one point our stories were tied then silk tweeted out for support and I started losing again. lol
 
I noticed the other day that one of my stories is nominated in BDSM. Not going to win. Apparently, chapter 23 of a still ongoing series is really amazing and is getting nearly half the votes :)

I've never won an award either, but I placed second for the top BDSM story of 2016 and the nomination attracted a ton of attention to the story, and that was cool.

Looks like it's between you and Silkstockingslover. I personally prefer the more personal, hand-drawn illustration style for your story. Good luck.
 
HeyAll, I voted for you in the Illustrated category (great pics), but already had another favorite (and a close second) in the Letters/Transcript category.

My 750 word project story made it in as an entry in the Humor and Satire category. It's a short satire in comparison to several longer and very good humorous stories so it won't win, but it's an honor to be considered.
 
Had a couple friends here from other forums vote for you.

I do agree with Ruben that these things are not real contests, more like popularity contests with AGT style vote stuffing.

But having said that, I've seen too many people win who don't deserve it, and if nothing else you have spent a decade aa a heavy contributor to the story file, contests, and forum and for that you deserve some recognition.
