Hey! I'm passionaterain - I've been a long time reader of the site and recently decided that I would like to put myself out there to be a volunteer editor, if needed. It seems there are quite a few volunteers so no worries if I'm not selected. I've been around for quite a while and will continue to be.
I've been a writer for about 15 years now and I also am a huge nerd - I work in data science which uses lots of math even though I can't handle arithmetic. Solving puzzles is what I do, and I love my work.
I have several favorite authors on here, but I suspect that most who are seeking volunteer editors will be new authors who have not been established much, and I would love to help them out. I'm available for grammatical/spelling editing and I can also help with structural issues as needed.
I will not edit rape/incest/gay male/non-consent stories, but most others I'm willing to consider. As I've not edited any stories yet, I'm not quite sure on my turnaround time for authors, but I do not expect it to be overly long.
