Does anyone know how to make the volume of songs to be the same?

Like i have a playlist on Windows Media Player, and some songs i can barely hear but then others are loud. It gets annoying turn it down then up all the time...and i was wondering if there is a way to make it so they are all the same volume level.

If you have Windows Media Player 10 try:

View>Enhancements>Cross Fading and Auto Volume Levelling>Turn on auto volume levelling
