I'm not an expert on being skinny, but honestly, nothing makes me as crazy, as a parent complaining about how heavy their child is, as they're feeding them Happy Meals. If you feed your kid crap from the beginning & plop them down in front of a tv, yeah, you're going to get fat kids. If I ever have a kid, I'm going to do what my sisters have done, & for every peice of "junk" they have, they have to have something healthy. So, if they want a Happy Meal, they get one, but with apples & milk, instead of fries & sodas. They are probably some of the only kids I know who want carrots to snack on, instead of chips. They have to go outside & play for an hour a day, unless the weather's bad. In that case, they get to play one of their Wii games that you have to dance or run in place to play it.
