Viva Cinco de Mayo !!!

Going to get drunk on pepsi and pig out on pizza. Wait a second, I do that just about every day. Oh well, go with what works.

:D

Lunch at our favorite Tex Mex place & then I have to work. Tomorrow, however, I get to play dress up & go to the Faire.

I'm actually at a convention this weekend, so my dinner is already picked for me for the banquet (no Mexican) tonight. Maybe I can find Mexican for lunch!

Mexican for lunch eh Cheyenne?

:p

Ah shit catty.....

:p

I am having friends over, and we are going to eat Fajitas and qeuso dip, maybe even my gaucamole, and listen to Carlos Santana. I also think we are going to sit on the deck and pot up Mexican marigolds, and other beautiful flowers in honor of the Mexican Peoples, which we love. :)

Happy Cinco de Mayo!

Translation:
I don't speak good Spanish.
My Mexican relatives are very disappointd in me.
Siren is very sorry.

What's to not understand? It sounds fine to me! But then again, my Spanish is also horrible. :)

Thanks for the translation Cheyenne

:p

Yo hablo el espanol muy bien! I better, since I'm going to be taking all my classes in Spanish very soon.

Viva el Mexico! Viva la Espana!

NO viva espana

:p

Pero, pero...

Esto fue en el pasado.

And besides, Cinco de Mayo celebrates a victory against the French.

Viva el Mexico! No viva la Francia! :p

I love the French....

:p

They are not rude, it is just that if you lived in a
city that everyone visited constantly, sorta like living
in Disneyland, you would get tired of being asked directions and such ....I know I did.

I was only a visitor there recently, never lived there. But I found the French to be very nice and very helpful (except for the few who pushed and shoved quite a bit on the metro ;).) All the horror stories I heard about the French being so rude just weren't true for me. I had lots of people stop and ask me if I needed help when I'd be standing there studying either my metro map or my street map to figure out where I was going next. I was only in Paris though, so maybe it is different in the rest of the country. But I doubt it.

Siren, Sounds to me like you're more of a dissapointment to your relatives than you are aware of.

I say: Fuck the French anyway! (you've gotta hate somebody, right?)
I was only kidding, but now I am serious.
;)
