I was 13 years old so I guess it was ASAP.
I lost my virginity in college, basically because it was time to get it out of the way and I have fond memories of it.
My mother had a lot of pornography and erotica around the house and I snuck and read all of it as I was growing up.

I waited a very long, long time.... well, not really waited; there just wasn't much interest!

The guy was Danny M. OMG, he was such a sweetie. He was like 7 yrs older than me. We dated for 3 yrs, the subject came up quite often, but it always resulted in "not feeling right at that moment."
Then as I began to experience college life, and really adulthood in general, I knew, he was the one.
It was magical, special and I will never forget it. (And it hurt like hell!!!!!!)

I did it when I was 19 and a week before moving to London. My best male friend. In a scout cabin. On a log and a wodden table.
I did it mainly because I figured I'm off to Uni, and I don't want to lose it to someone that I don't know well. For me the importance lay in feeling comfortable with the person and trusting him.
We then did it again last summer, 2.5 years later. As he put it; "To see if I had learnt anything ove the past 2.5 years....
