I’m from Utah. For us it’s based on IP address. I use a VPN which allows me to be here.

So far, Pornhub has blocked VA traffic, XHamster dropped an age verification system in that seems creepy at best (yes, I'm gonna scan my Driver's License on a porn site..NOT).

Wow. This is crazy. Had never heard of some states doing this. I can understand certain locations doing it. (Like work, hospital etc) But not an entire state.
