The Virgin Islands’ lawsuit against JP Morgan, the world’s largest bank in terms of assets, alleges that the institution “facilitated and concealed wire and cash transactions that raised suspicion of – and were in fact part of – a criminal enterprise whose currency was the sexual servitude of dozens of women and girls in and beyond the Virgin Islands”.

“Human trafficking was the principal business of the accounts Epstein maintained at JP Morgan,” it said.
The subpoenas issued to the Google co-founder Sergey Brin, Hyatt Hotels chairperson Thomas Pritzker, American-Canadian businessman Mortimer Zuckerman and former CAA talent agency chairperson Michael Ovitz are crafted to gather more information about Epstein’s relationship with JPMorgan Chase, according to the Wall Street Journal.

the deeper they dig, the more will come out.

According to federal court documents filed by the U.S. Virgin Islands and shared by Inner City Press, Jeffrey Epstein’s estate has discovered a cache of photos and videos.

The images could be used in an ongoing lawsuit against JP Morgan Chase and Deutsche Bank for allegedly enabling Jeffrey Epstein by providing him with the funds to support his illegal lifestyle.

New York Federal Judge Jed S. Rakoff wrote in a recent ruling regarding the photos and videos, “If during the course of that review, the Estate sees a particular recording that appears to contain possible CSAM [Child Sexual Abuse Material], it shall promptly stop further review of that recording and notify the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) or such other agency or entity as the FBI direct of the recording’s existence.

I remember reading that the corrupt orange traitor became very agitated when Ghislaine Maxwell was arrested, and the POS repeatedly asked aides if Maxwell mentioned his name.

Curiouser and curiouser.

Citi bank 'no longer employs' their head of the private capital group for North America, citing they were unaware of his 'relationship' with disgraced pedo. Seems he had 5 scheduled meetings with epstein when working for j p morgan but didn't disclose this information. At least, that's their side of things. Who knows? the toxicity of epstein continues.

“Until recently, Citi was unaware of Paul Barrett’s association with Jeffrey Epstein, which predated his employment at our firm,” a spokesperson for Citigroup said in a statement. “Mr. Barrett is no longer employed by Citi.”

lawyer writes to Garland requesting, on behalf of her clients, that the FBI be investigated as to why they didn't act on information they received about epstein and his partners in abuse. This should, indeed, be investigated. Corruption is corruption and most of us can probably make lucid guesses as to why any investigations were quashed. Do i suspect if it's followed through that on or 3 high-end names in the system were responsible over the decades to bury shit?

Renowned New York attorney Jennifer Freeman penned the 15-page letter to the U.S. Attorney General Merrick B. Garlandand the Department of Justice’s Inspector General’s Office accusing the FBI of ignoring bonafide evidence – available since 1996 – that could’ve sent Epstein to prison years ago.

“The FBI utterly failed to investigate serious allegations involving Epstein’s, and perhaps others’, ...(CSAM), significant additional criminality which, until recently, has been disregarded, disrespected, and essentially denied,” Freeman said in the letter.

Jes Staley, CEO of Barclays until November 2021, allegedly ‘used aggressive force in his sexual assault of [anonymous victim ‘JPM Jane Doe’] and informed [her] that he had Epstein’s permission to do what he wanted to her’, states a new court ruling.

Staley, who headed JPMorgan’s private banking division from 2000 to 2009, began working on Epstein’s account around his first year in the position. Staley developed a close friendship with financier Epstein, according to the ruling issued on Monday.
Lawsuits against JPMorgan claim that Staley knew about Epstein’s sex-trafficking operation. Suits filed by the US Virgin Islands and an Epstein accuser allege that JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank had knowledge of Epstein’s actions and ‘knowingly benefitted from participating in a sex-trafficking venture’.

Banks are fragile now. JPM could be dust in the wind and splattered brains on sidewalks before anyone gets nailed for this particular issue.
