1.According to your definition, a woman can not rape a man. However, legally a woman *can* rape a man.

2. The idea put forth *did not* involve force nor was it against the woman's will. The woman offered under duress, yes, but it was *her* idea, her solution to her problem. The definition does not say rape is the act of having sex with someone who choses to do so in order to get out of a less desirable situation.
